We rely on fresh products from local suppliers and, if necessary, we source the products also from the Berlin Frisch Paradise. You can see on our plates all the seasons of the year. Our goal is to always ensure the highest quality of all menu items.
We do not use raw materials with chemical enhancers, deep-frozen products and other things masking the real taste of our cuisine.We use traditional methods such as: marinating, curing, fermentation or searing. We try to get the essence of the taste and aroma out of the dishes. However, we are open to modern techniques: sous vide, use of liquid nitrogen or other innovative methods.
