- Dune Beach Resort sp. z o.o. informs that it is authorized to offer short-term apartment rentals for vacation stays to Clients.
- Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and lasts until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- If you extend the hotel stay to 2 p.m., we will charge you 50% of the value of one night’s stay. If you extend the hotel stay to a later hour or the next day, we will charge you 100% of the value of one night’s stay.
- The reception checks-in guests on the basis of an identity card and a completed registration card. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
- Dune Beach Resort accepts requests for an early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
- Curfew hours last from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and apply in the entire facility as well as in the apartment.
- Guests who have not been checked-in in the apartment may stay on the premises from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The stay of such persons after 10 p.m. is prohibited. In the event of violation of the abovementioned prohibition Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to terminate the rental to guests and is not obliged to return the advance payment.
- Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event of failure to make the advance payment on time.
- Once a guest chooses a given offer, he or she is obliged to pay the indicated percentage of the advance payment in accordance with the terms and conditions included in the offer. In the event of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable. It is not possible to transfer the reservation to another date, unless the facility decides otherwise, in which case a handling fee of 250 PLN will be added to the final price of the stay.
- In the event of shortening of your stay, the payment for the night is non-refundable.
- The resort tax is collected when you arrive and is not included in the price of your stay.
- Depending on the offer and apartment category, the final cleaning fee is either included in the price or collected on-site at a rate of 240, 280, 300, or 450 PLN per stay.
- Towel exchange takes place at the Guests' request every two days – after notifying the reception about the need for service (service includes providing dishwasher capsules, toilet paper, and garbage bags) – we also kindly ask for the service staff to have access to the apartment in your absence. Full apartment cleaning along with bedding change costs 230, 250, or 290 PLN depending on the apartment category (500 PLN for the Royal Penthouse apartment).
- As part of the accommodation services, access to the Wellness Zone (90 minutes/person/day) is free of charge for the guests of Dune Beach Resort. Additional access is possible for an additional fee in accordance with Dune Wellness price lists.
- Pets are accepted in the apartments on condition that a guest notifies such fact to reception upon reservation and receives an approval for a stay with a pet in a particular apartment. Such procedure is required due to the fact that not every apartment that is under the management of Dune Beach Resort is intended for a stay with pets. Guests who stay with pets are charged an additional fee in the amount of PLN 80 PLN/pet/day. In public areas (lobbies, elevators, staircases, terraces) pets should be kept on a leash.
- There is an internal and external car park in the facility. We charge an additional fee for a parking place in the amount of PLN 65/day in the high season and special dates, and PLN 40/day in the medium and low season. Prior reservation is required (online -20% cheaper).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in the imposition of a charge of PLN 1,000.
- Guests of Dune Beach Resort are responsible for any damage caused in the apartments. Damage means both destroying/causing damage to the equipment located in the apartment as well as its loss. In the event of damage caused, Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to charge the guest with the costs.
- The guest is obliged to report the damage caused when checking out of the facility at the latest.
- Guests are required to keep the key to the apartment with due care. In the event of its loss, guests will be charged with a fee for the replacement of two locks in the amount of PLN 250. Each apartment has one set of keys and one electronic key unlocking access to the building.
- Dune Beach Resort reserves the right to terminate the rental to guests in the event of gross violation of the rules and regulations of the stay and is not obliged to reimburse the advance payment.
- For the sake of fire safety, it is prohibited to use heaters, irons and other electrical devices that are not part of apartment’s equipment. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices. It is also prohibited to use open fire.
- Personal belongings left in the apartment by the guest will be sent back at the guest’s expense to the address provided. In the absence of such an instruction, Dune Beach Resort will store the items for three months and then donate them to charity or public use.
- Guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the common parts of the facility – lobby, restaurant, viewing terraces, staircases, elevators. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations may result in legal consequences.
- Using rental services means accepting the rules and regulations. Guests undertake to comply with the rules and regulations of the Dune Resort facility located at ul. Pionierów 16, 18, 20 in Mielno.
