Apartment B313, with an area of 50 m2, is located on the 3rd floor of the Dune B building and is designed for a maximum of 5 people. Guests have at their disposal a living room with a kitchenette, 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony overlooking the patio.
In the hallway, there is a spacious wardrobe for outerwear and all handy items. To the right of the entrance to the apartment is a bathroom in achromatic colors, which is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, toiletries, and towels. In the same part of the apartment, there is a bedroom with a view of the Resort, equipped with a King Size bed, a clothing wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. Directly opposite the apartment entrance is the living room with a kitchenette. In the relaxation area, guests can use a full-size sofa bed for two adults, a TV, and a rectangular dining table located right by the window. The kitchenette is separated from the living area by a kitchen island and has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary kitchen accessories. From the bedroom and the living room, there is access to a covered balcony where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of prosecco.
