The apartment B419 with an area of 52 m2 is located on the 4th floor, therefore on the top floor, if not counting the penthouses. Additionally, it is located in the part of the building which is the closest to the sea. Thanks to this advantage, you can enjoy the sound of the waves and the beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is for 5 people maximum. Guest will have at their disposal a living room with a kitchenette, 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with view of the sea.
In a hall there is a capacious wardrobe for outerwear and all your hand-held things. On the left side of the entrance to the apartment there is a bathroom decorated in achromatic colours. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a hair dryer, a set of cosmetics and towels. In the same part of the apartment there is a bedroom with a view of the Resort. In the bedroom there are two single, joined beds that can be separated and a wardrobe. In front of the entrance to the apartment there is a living room with a kitchenette. In a lounge area, there is a fold-out, full-size sofa for two adults, a TV and a round dining table located right next to the window, such location will allow you to admire beautiful sea views. A kitchenette is separated from the lounge area by a kitchen island and it has a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle and as well as all necessary kitchen accessories. Both the bedroom and the living room have an exit to a roofed balcony where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of prosecco.
